Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the death of a baby girl at 2151 South Kirkwood #131 about 5:35 p.m. last Friday (Nov. 26).

Iniubong Effiong Ebong (b/m, DOB: 1-12-79) is charged with injury to a child in the 351st State District Court. He is accused in the death of Indya Ebong, 5 months, who suffered blunt force trauma to the abdomen and pronounced dead at West Houston Medical Center.
