Two accused have been arrested and charged following an investigation at a business located on Highway 2 in Courtice.

On Tuesday March 29, 2011, officers from the Central East Division uniform branch and members of East Division Community Resource Target Team (CRU) executed a criminal code search warrant at the business known as Sakura Health Studio, located at 1427 Highway 2 in Courtice. Two accused were arrested without incident at the scene.

During this lengthy investigation into numerous allegations of employees engaging in sexual acts with customers, police monitored the activity at the business for a period of time. The investigation has revealed illegal activity was occurring, which lead to the execution of a search warrant being conducted earlier this week.

Qui H GAN, age 48, of Earls Road in Huntsville and Guang Y GAN, age 42 of Harrington Court in Toronto are both charged with: Keeping a Common Bawdy House and Found in Common Bawdy House. Both women were released on Undertakings with conditions.
