The Toronto Police Service is asking for the public’s assistance locating a man unlawfully at large.

Glen Martin, 49, is an Ontario Review Board patient at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health at 1001 Queen Street West.

On Wednesday, April 6, 2011, he was issued an unsupervised two-hour pass allowing him to leave the facility, however, he failed to return as required.

He is described as white, 5’7", 240 lbs., grey eyes, brown/grey hair. He was last seen wearing black denim pants, a blue denim shirt, brown leather shoes, a brown coat and a red wool cap.

Members of the public are reminded not to approach Martin if they see him. Call 9-1-1 immediately.

UPDATE: Glen Martin has been arrested.
