On Monday, March 28, 2011, at 2:25 a.m., police responded to a call for unknown trouble at G’s Chill And Grill Sports Bar, at 2528 Eglinton Avenue East.

On Thursday, April 7, 2011, Nicholas Walker, 37, of Toronto, was charged with:

1) First Degree Murder.

He was scheduled to appear in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East, on Friday, April 8, 2011, room 412, at 10 a.m.

Homicide Insp. Edward Boyd said, “I want to take this opportunity to thank those many patrons who have come forward, as well as those who have contacted Crimestoppers. They have helped us greatly.

“I want to thank the media for not publishing any photographs or images of Nicholas Walker and I would ask that they continue not to publish any photographs or images of him.

“There are still some patrons who have not come forward. I would ask them to please contact us as soon as possible.”
