On Friday, April 8, 2011, police arrested a man in connection with a sexual assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– the accused is employed as an art teacher at the Canada Creative Education Centre, 3570 Victoria Park Avenue, previously located at 4245 Sheppard Avenue East,
– between 2005 and 2006, the accused sexually assaulted his student, a 10-year-old girl,
Rujian Huang, 46, of Toronto, also known as Ken or Kent, has been charged with:
1) Sexual Assault,
2) Invitation to sexual touching,
3) Sexual interference.
Police believe there may be more victims.
