Lloyd Williamson and Sundeep Jarmana charged for drug trafficking, Toronto

On Monday, April 11, 2011, at 7 p.m., the Toronto Drug Squad executed a search warrant at a home on Grand Trunk Crescent.

It is alleged that:

– two men were located inside the home during the execution of the search warrant,

– a loaded handgun was seized, along with a quantity of cocaine, marijuana and heroin.

Lloyd Williamson, 49, of Toronto, is charged with:

1. five counts of Traffic in Cocaine
2. four counts of Possession of Proceeds of Crime
3. Possession for the Purpose Marijuana
4. Possession for the Purpose Cocaine

Sundeep Jarmana, 33, of Toronto, is charged with:

1. Traffic in Cocaine
2. two counts of Possession of Proceeds of Crime
3. Possession for the Purpose Cocaine
4. Possession for the Purpose Marijuana (over)
5. Possession for the Purpose Heroin
6. Possession of a Restricted Firearm with Ammunition
7. Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
8. Possession of a Firearm Knowing its Possession is Unauthorized
9. Possession of a Firearm Obtained by the Commission of an Offence
10. Careless Storage of a Firearm
11. Careless storage of Ammunition

Both accused were scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Tuesday, April 12, 2011, room 101, 10 a.m.
