On April 13, 2011, members of District 1 RCMP from St. Stephen executed an arrest warrant at a motel in Pennfield, N.B. A 46-year-old man, who was residing in a room at the motel, was arrested.

Toni Earl McFarlane, currently of Pennfield, has been charged with robbery and disguise with intent to commit a robbery. The charges stem from an incident that occurred at the Charlotte County Credit Union in St. Stephen on February 12, 2010.

Toni McFarlane is being held in custody and is scheduled to appear in St. Stephen Provincial Court on April 14, at 9:30 a.m., to enter a plea.
