Mississauga Fireman Jarrett Johns charged in the death of Kimberley Schulz

Mississauga – The Major Collision Bureau has concluded its investigation into the circumstances surrounding a collision that left a 42 year-old Mississauga woman dead. As a result of the investigation, one of the drivers has been charged.

On Sunday, March 6, 2011, at approximately 11:57 a.m., Peel Regional Police responded to a three vehicle collision at the intersection of Britannia Road West and Rodeo Drive, in Mississauga.

As a result of the collision, Ms. Kimberley SCHULZ, the operator of one of the vehicles, was pronounced dead at the scene.

A Mississauga fire truck was involved in the collision. It had three occupants on board, none of whom were injured during the collision.

The driver of the fire truck, Jarrett JOHNS, a 35 year-old resident of Toronto, has been charged with Red Light – Fail to Stop, under the Highway Traffic Act. He is scheduled to appear in a Provincial Offences Court on June 16, 2011.
