The Ottawa Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 60-year-old male, William Joseph LEBLANC. He was last seen leaving the Ottawa Hospital – Civic Campus, 1053 Carling Ave, at approximately 2:30 PM on Thursday, May 12th , 2011.
He is described as being a white male, 5’9", slender build, fair complexion, with short salt and pepper hair and a full beard wearing dark coloured pants. (no further clothing description was given)
