Havelock man Darin Hayward charged for child pornography offences

A 44-year-old man who was arrested in March as part of an ongoing police investigation into the illegal trade of child sexual abuse images in New Brunswick has been charged.

Darin Hayward, of Havelock, N.B., appeared in Sussex Provincial Court on June 23, 2011. He has been charged with one count each of possession of child pornography and making child pornography available.

Darin Hayward is scheduled to appear in court next on July 28, 2011, at 9:30 a.m., to enter a plea. He was one of four people arrested on March 23 as part of Operation ‘J Treasures’.

The investigation is ongoing.
