Mounties investigate five year old murder of Wolfville woman Leslie Conrad

Members of the Southwest Nova Major Crime Unit continue to investigate the five year-old homicide of Leslie Conrad. Police are asking for the public’s assistance in the hope it will lead to additional information to assist investigators in this homicide investigation. 

The fifty one year-old Wolfville woman was last seen by her husband on Thursday afternoon, October 5th, 2006. Her husband went to school to pick up their son at approximately 2:45 p.m. When they returned home a short while later, Leslie Conrad was gone and not seen or heard from again. 

On November 22nd, 2006, a hunter discovered Leslie Conrad’s body in a shallow grave off of a wooded road in Robinson Corner, about seven kilometres south of her home.

The Southwest Nova Major Crime Unit is actively investigating this homicide.
