A Salisbury, N.B., man has been charged in connection with a child sexual abuse image investigation led by the RCMP’s Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit.

On June 24, 2011, the RCMP’s ICE Unit executed a search warrant at a residence in Salisbury, seizing computer equipment containing images of child sexual abuse.

On November 28, 56-year-old Terence Maurice Tupper was notified he has been charged with possession of child pornography. Tupper was on parole at the time of the alleged offence and is currently incarcerated at the Westmorland Institution in Dorchester, N.B. on another matter.

Tupper is scheduled to appear in Moncton Provincial Court on January 13, 2012.
