Mississuaga man Marvin Mcintyre charged with five counts of sexual assault

Investigators from the Special Victims Unit have arrested a Mississauga man in relation to a sexual assault investigation.

The alleged offences involve several teenage boys and span over a period of one year beginning in the fall of 2010. It is alleged that the boys were first befriended then lured by the accused with money and gifts.

No further details of the assaults will be provided to protect the integrity of the ongoing investigation.

On Friday, December 2, 2011 police arrested and charged, Marvin Mcintyre, age 50 with five counts of Sexual Assault, five counts of Sexual Interference, two counts of Attempting to Procure a Person Under 18 years for Sexual Services and seven counts of Breach of Recognizance.

Investigators are concerned that there may be additional youths who may have been victimized.
