On Friday, December 2, 2011, at 1:15 p.m. police responded a call for a body found in a car on Willowdale Avenue.
It is reported that:
– police located a deceased man, with apparent trauma to his body, inside a car.
The victim has been identified as Victor Seung, 33, of Toronto.
The post-mortem examination concluded the cause of death was sharp force injuries to the body.
Joon Sung Kim, 38, of Toronto, also known as Kevin Kim, has been charged with:
1) Second Degree Murder.
He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Saturday, December 3, 2011, room 101, at 10 a.m.
