The Chatham-Kent police have completed a next-of-kin notification with the family of a woman who died in a collision on Monday night near Merlin, Ontario. At about 11:15 p.m. emergency crews rushed to Port Road south of Middle Line where a vehicle had flipped over into a water-filled ditch.
The woman has been identified as Lisa Schroeder, 23, of Merlin, Ontario.
Members of the Chatham-Kent Police Service offer their deepest condolences to the family and friends of Ms. Schroeder.
This collision remains under investigation.
