Jennifer RivasHamilton Police are seeking the assistance of the public in locating a missing Hamilton woman.

On Friday January 6th, 2012, Jennifer Rivas, 39 years old, went missing from her residence on Lawrence Rd in Hamilton, Ontario. She was last seen at 5:30am.

Hamilton Police have concerns for Rivas’ well being.  Jennifer Rivas is described as:  white, female, 5’6”, 185lbs, medium build, with shoulder length bright red hair.  She was last seen wearing a knee length brown trench coat and black Nike Air Jordan running shoes. She also has a tattoo of the letter “J” on her right shoulder. 

Rivas is known to frequent King St E and Main St E between Wentworth St South and Gage Avenue South. 

Update: A citizen located Jennifer Rivas in Gage Park today at approximately 10:30 a.m. and recognized her as being the missing woman Hamilton Police were looking for after seeing her photo in the media.  The citizen called police.  Rivas was found to be in good health.
