The Edmonton Police Service needs the public’s help in locating a 57-year-old man who went missing on Friday morning (Feb. 17).
Selwyn (who goes by Thomas) Pascal, who lives at 86 Street and Jasper Avenue, has not been heard from or seen since early Friday morning.
The EPS is concerned for Mr. Pascal’s welfare because he suffers from dementia and gets easily confused. He also needs medication. Pascal frequents the Northlands area, especially the casino. He does not drive and is most likely travelling on foot.
He was last wearing a long brown jacket and brown track pants with a tan stripe down the side. Pascal is bald, approximately 6’1”-6’4,” weighs 180 lbs. and wears glasses.
