Peel police search for Brampton man Ryan Coleman wanted in attempted murder

Peel Regional Police 22 Division Criminal Investigations Bureau have issued a warrant for the arrest of a male for an attempt murder.

On February 6th, 2012, at approximately 9:25 p.m., the accused, Ryan Coleman became involved in a verbal altercation with another male, on Duffield Road, Brampton. The argument escalated to the point where the accused shot the victim in the left side of his body. The accused fled the area. The victim was taken to a local hospital where he remains in critical condition.

A Canada wide arrest warrant for Attempted Murder has been issued for Ryan Coleman, 22 years, of Brampton.

Ryan Coleman is described as black, 5’10” tall with short black hair.

The Peel Regional Police believe that Coleman is armed and dangerous.

Update: Ryan Coleman was arrested after he turned himself in to officers at 22 Division at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday February 26 2012. Coleman will be held for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice, Brampton, on Monday, February 27, 2012.
