On April 24, 2012 at approximately 2:30 am, members of the Winnipeg Police Service and other emergency personnel responded to the area of Notre Dame Avenue and Balmoral Street regarding a stabbing incident.
A 26 year old male was located lying on the roadway.
He was transported to hospital and on April 27, 2012 he succumbed to his injuries.
The victim has been identified as Daniel William Hall, 26 years of Winnipeg.
The investigation is continuing by the Homicide Unit and Division 11 Crime Unit.
