Toronto man Martin Hyman facing three counts related to sexual assault

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest made in a historical sexual assault investigation that occurred between September 1990 and September 2000.

It is alleged that:

- over a 10-year period the accused sexually assault a girl, who was 13 years old at the time of the first assault

- the assaults took place in his home and at one of his places of employment

On Wednesday, June 27, 2012, Martin Hyman, 47, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

1) Sexual Assault
2) Sexual Interference
3) Sexual Exploitation

He appeared in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Wednesday, June 27, 2012.

Police believe there may be more victims.
