On Wednesday, March 31, 2010, at approximately 10:15 p.m., a woman was assaulted in the Franklin Avenue/Bassano Road area.
It is alleged that:
– a 71-year-old woman was standing outside her home when five unknown boys walked out of a nearby ravine, and approached her,
– one of the boys grabbed the victim’s wrist and taunted her, holding a knife near her throat.
The victim was not injured, and no demand was made.
The suspects are described as white, approximately 15, 5’2” to 5’7”, with dark hair.
