The RCMP arrested Bon Scott Trecartin on April 1 in connection with a number of assaults that occurred over a 24 hour period. He was held in custody until his bail hearing on April 6. Trecartin is charged with numerous counts including two counts of assault causing bodily harm, assault, threats, mischief and breaching a judge’s undertaking. At his hearing, Judge R. Leslie Jackson of the Woodstock Provincial Court released Trecartin on strict conditions including not being in the Town of Hartland unless he is there for a doctor’s appointment, banking or to attend a pharmacy. The ban is in place until at least his next court appearance on April 20, at which time he is scheduled to enter a plea on the charges.
