Correctional Staff located a man with obvious signs of trauma. He was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries and later died.
On Saturday, April 10, 2010, at 9 a.m., Nixon Nirmalendran, 20, was arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder.
He is scheduled to appear in court next at College Park on Wednesday, April 14, 2010, room 505, 10 a.m.
