It is alleged that:
– two men went to an apartment on Huntley Street,
– they forced their way into the apartment,
– they attempted to steal the victim’s belongings,
– police were contacted and the two men were arrested,
– police located a clandestine lab in the victim’s apartment,
– police seized a quantity of GHB, ecstasy and methamphetamine,
– the victim was also arrested.
Daniel Noguera, 24, of Georgetown, has been charged with:
1) Robbery,
2) Assault bodily harm,
3) Assault with weapon,
4) Assault
5) Fail to appear Court.
Dustin Hanson, 20, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1) Robbery,
2) Assault bodily harm,
3) Assault with weapon,
4) Assault,
5) Fail to appear Court.
They were scheduled to appear in court at College Park, on Tuesday, April 13, 2010, room 501, at 10 a.m.
Orunav Kabir, 22, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1) Produce controlled substance,
2) four counts of Possession for the Purpose controlled substance,
3) Possession for the Purpose Marijuana.
He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Tuesday, April 13, 2010, room 103, at 10 a.m.
