USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…The Neguac RCMP are presently investigating a case of dangerous driving which occurred in the evening on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 on Highway 8 between Miramichi and Lavilette.
On Tuesday evening around 8 pm the RCMP received a complaint that a 49-year-old man from Lavilette was driving his vehicle on Highway 8 in a dangerous manner. Shortly after the driver was located and arrested.
Fernand Vienneau appeared in Tracadie-Sheila Provincial Court on April 14 to answer to several charges related to this incident. The courts ordered him to undertake a 30 day psychiatric evaluation and he is scheduled to return to court on May 12, 2010 at 1:30 pm for a bail hearing.
Neguac RCMP is continuing their investigation and are asking anyone who was traveling on Highway 8 on April 13 between 7pm and 8pm and who may have witnessed dangerous driving to contact the RCMP at 506-776-3000.
