London man Kyle Whyet charged with attempted murder

On Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at about 3:40 p.m., London Police Service members answered a 911 call to 370 Wharncliffe Road South, London. Upon arrival, they located a 65-year-old man suffering from a stab wound to the neck. He was transported to London Health Sciences Centre, where he was treated and later released. 

Police arrested Kyle Whyet, 53-years-old, of London, at the scene. Members of the Major Crime Section continued the investigation.

Kyle Whyet is now charged with attempt murder. He will attend court Wednesday, August 15, 2012.

The investigation continues.
