The Hamilton Police Service Victims of Crime Branch has arrested and charged a Dundas man after investigating a historical sexual assault.
In March 2012, the Hamilton Police Service Victims of Crime Branch received information that prompted them to investigate allegations of sexual assaults that occurred from 1999 – 2002.
Through the investigation, it is alleged that the male victim was groomed by a family friend, by purchasing clothing and taking him to various sporting events and then the victim was sexually assaulted.
Paul Donahoe was arrested by Hamilton Police on August 15th, 2012 at his place of employment. He was held for a bail hearing scheduled for today.

– Sexual Interference
– Sexual Exploitation x 2
The Hamilton Police Service Victims of Crime Branch continues to investigate and is concerned there may be other victims.
