Toronto police search for missing man Rick Hazzard

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.

Rick Hazzard, 23, was last seen Friday, August 17, 2012, at 8 a.m., in the Jane Street/Goldwin Avenue area.

He is described as black, thin build, 5'10", 134-145 lbs., with short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a bright-orange tank top and blue denim shorts. He has the mental capacity of a 4-7 year-old child.

Police are concerned for his safety.
