It is alleged that:
– a man and woman consumed a quantity of alcohol in a home,
– the woman fell asleep,
– the man then sexually assaulted the woman,
– the man took nude photos of the victim while she was sleep.
It is further alleged that:
– police executed a warrant at a home on Danforth Avenue,
– police located several DVDs and CDs containing photos of women in various states of undress.
Umar Akbar, 56, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1) Sexual Assault.
He was scheduled to appear in court at College Park, on Wednesday, April 21, 2010, room 501, at 10 a.m.
Police believe there may be other victims.
