On April 21, 2010, members of the Campbellton RCMP arrested two people for possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking.

During the evening, police executed search warrants in two residences located on Tingley Crescent in Campbellton. They seized a number of pills, marijuana and a substance believed to be cocaine.

The 31-year-old man and 47-year-old woman were released and will appear in Provincial Court in Campbellton on July 12, 2010 to face trafficking charges.
