A case of illegal captivity of an innocent teen was filed in RCMP of Nova Scotia. The report names two men as culprits, namely 47-years-old David James Leblanc and 31-years-old Wayne Alan Cunningham. Both the men are officially charged with the case of forcible confinement and sexual assault. The investigators are in pursuit of the suspects and believe them to be in Lunenburg County or Halifax County.

Police reached on the scene at a home in Upper Chelsea after the report of an unlawful confinement involving a teen was filed. According to the neighbors in the area, few days back a teenage boy had approached the home of an elderly woman in Upper Chelsea seeking for help. The woman describes that the boy was tied in chains at that time. This Wednesday morning, two forensic identification reached the cordoned off area on Faulkner Road, in Upper Chelsea. Upon inquiry it was confirmed by the RCMP that they are in pursuit of an ‘alleged unlawful confinement case’ after receiving a call on Monday night around 7:30 p.m.

The house in question under question has been recently sold. The father of former house owner confirmed that following two people had recently moved in almost a month back. Neighbors also affirmed that men in question were actually living at the house. The Neighborhood is definitely shocked to witness the proceedings; they claim that the new house owners had just moved into the home so they could not have known.
