On Monday, May 3, 2010, at 3:33 p.m., police responded to a shooting call in the Winona Drive/Hursting Avenue area.

Officers located a boy suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

The victim was taken to hospital via emergency run, but succumbed to his injuries.

The victim has been identified as Mitchell Leton Celise, 17, of Toronto.

With the assistance of the community, and officers from 13 Division, one suspect’s identity has been determined.

A Canada Wide Warrant, for First Degree Murder, has been issued for Chael Mills, aka "GINGA," 19, of Toronto.

He is described as having a light-black complexion, 6′, 180 lbs., with brown eyes. He has a very distinct tattoo, "BTTW," on the right side of his neck.

Police are appealing to Chael Mills to contact a lawyer for legal advice and to make arrangements to surrender himself to police.

He is considered armed and dangerous. Do not approach him. Call 9-1-1.
