A 65-year-old male cyclist who was struck by a vehicle in Clarington last month has died in hospital from his injuries.
The victim has been identified as Tadeusz Buczyk of Florida. He was struck on September 11, 2012 in the area of Courtice Road and Bloor Street.
On Wednesday October 10, 2012, the driver of the Dodge Dakota involved in the collision was charged.Carlos CANARIO, age 24 of Clarington faces numerous Highway Traffic Act offences.
