Stephen Patrick Maguire a person of interest in the death of a 45-year-old Moncton woman has been located. The 44-year-old man reported to RCMP early this morning in Hampton, N.B. and is presently in police custody.
Codiac Regional RCMP are now confirming that the death of the 45-year-old Moncton woman found in her home on Enterprise Street in Moncton has been deemed a homicide based on autopsy results and other evidence gathered by investigators.
The victim has been identified as Deborah Gunn. Her body was discovered by a family member around 10:15 am on May 10, 2010. RCMP Major Crime/GIS members and Forensic Identification members are continuing to diligently work on the investigation.
