District 11 RCMP have arrested a 43-year-old man from Shenstone, N.B. in connection with an incident where shots had been fired.

On November 11, 2012, at around 6:20 p.m., District 11 RCMP responded to a private residence in Osborne Corner following an argument among family members at the home.  Upon arrival, RCMP learned three shots from a shotgun had been fired at a pickup truck causing damage to the vehicle.. Two people were in the truck at the time but were not injured.

The man was arrested without incident later the same night at his home.  He is scheduled to appear in Moncton Provincial Court on November 14, 2012 at 1:30 p.m.

The investigation is ongoing.
