On May 27, 2010, Codiac Regional RCMP Drug Section executed a search warrant in a residence on Broadway Street in Moncton. The Codiac Police Dog assisted during the search and police seized drugs believed to be cocaïne, ecstasy pills, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and over $ 1000 in cash. They also seized two firearms as the owner is prohibited from owning firearms.
A 60-year-old man was arrested and later released. He will appear in Moncton Provincial Court on July 20, 2010 at 9:30 am to answer to related charges.
