An investigation led by the RCMP’s Major Crime Unit and the Caraquet RCMP has concluded that the death of a couple found in their home on boulevard St-Pierre Est in Caraquet, N.B. earlier this month was the result of a murder-suicide.
Police were called to the home late in the morning of November 3, 2012 where they discovered the bodies of a man and woman, both in their sixties, inside.
At the request of the family, details surrounding their deaths will not be made public.
