On June 2, 2010 at approximately 3:00 a.m., emergency services were dispatched to the area of Dudley Avenue and Lilac Street regarding a working fire.
At this stage of the investigation, it appears that the fire originated at a residence currently under construction in the area of the 800 block of Dudley Avenue. Two other residences also sustained significant damage as a result of the incident.
Damage is estimated between $300,000.00 and $400,000.00.
The cause of the fire is undetermined at this time.
