Woman robbed under the Glen Road Bridge in Toronto

On Wednesday, June 2, 2010, at 8:15 p.m., a woman left the Sherbourne subway station, at 420 Bloor Street East.

It is reported that:

– the women was approached by two men, in the underpass leading to the Glen Road Bridge,

– one of the two men displayed a black handgun and demanded cash,

– the woman handed over a quantity of cash,

– a second demand was made for the woman’s cellphone,

– both suspects then fled back towards the subway station.

The suspects are described as:

1) 5’3" – 5’4", 16-18 with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black/white bandana across his face and blue jeans to the knees.

2) 5’7" – 5’8", 16-18, with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a dark-coloured wool mask across his face and dark-coloured jeans to the knees.
