HRM Partners in Policing are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man in connection with a parole warrant.
Forty-three-year-old Michael Ralph Crowell was staying at a halfway house in Halifax. On May 30, he failed to return, resulting in a parole warrant being issued for his arrest. Despite ongoing efforts, officers with the HRP/RCMP High-Risk Enforcement Action Team have not been able to locate him.
