Lunenburg County RCMP have laid charges in a collision that claimed the life of a nine-year-old girl earlier this month.
On January 19th, 2013, Lunenburg County RCMP responded to a 911 call on Corkum Diversion Road, Pleasantville that a Dodge van had hit a young girl. EHS Paramedics transported the nine-year-old victim to the South Shore Regional Hospital where she succumbed to her injuries. The victim was later identified as Olive Moore.
Candice Roxanne Moore, age 30, is facing one count of Impaired Driving Causing Death and one count of Refusal to Comply with the Breath Demand. She will be appearing in Bridgewater Provincial Court on March 27th,
