On June 8th, 2010, at approximately at 2:30 a.m. Winnipeg Police Service Uniform members responded to a commercial robbery to a convenience store in the 1600 block of St. Mary’s Road.

A male and a female suspect entered the store and proceeded to gather various food products before heading to the cashier. Once at the register the male suspect pulled out a black handgun and demanded cartons of cigarettes, which were obtained. The two suspects were last seen leaving in a blue vehicle.

The suspects are described as follows;

Male suspect: Aboriginal in appearance, 5’8”, 130 to 140 pounds with a skinny build and black chin-length hair.

Female suspect: Aboriginal in appearance, 5”5”, 160 pounds with shoulder length black hair.
