Halifax Regional Police is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing Dartmouth woman.
Forty-five-year-old Donna Lee Sweeny has not been seen since noon yesterday, February 3. She left her Second Street residence on foot to go visit a friend on Lakecrest Drive but never arrived. Donna is a white woman, 5’6”, 180 lbs., brown eyes, short black hair and wears black rimmed glasses. She was last seen wearing a black winter jacket and beige boots.
There is no information to suggest that Donna has met with foul play; however, she suffers from a medical condition and requires daily medication, and it is out of character for her to be out of contact with friends and family.
