Ex-teacher Gordon Stuckless charged for sexual assault on a boy

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of a historical sexual assault investigation.

It is alleged that:

– in the late 1970s, the accused was a teacher and volunteered at a local community centre and sports clubs

– the accused sexually assaulted a then-11-year-old boy and a 13-year-old boy at a school, a community centre and at various other locations in Toronto

On Thursday, February 7, 2013, Gordon Stuckless, 63, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

1) six counts Indecent Assault Male
2) Assault
3) Possession of Weapon or Imitation

Police believe there may be more victims.

The accused is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Friday, March 22, 2013, room 111, at 11 a.m.
