On June 10, 2010, Adrian Muise, a 20-year-old Fredericton man, was sentenced in Fredericton Provincial Court to two years in jail for possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking. He also received a 45-day consecutive sentence for breach of probation. Muise is prohibited from owning or being in possession of firearms for 10 years.

Muise was arrested following a search warrant at a residence on York Street in Fredericton during the evening of June 2, 2010.

During the search, police seized cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
