The Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault/Child Abuse Section has charged an Ottawa man with 1 count of Sexual Assault, 1 count of Sexual interference, 2 counts of Criminal harassment, and 1 count of Breach of probation.
An investigation was commenced on June 11, 2010 after a 14-year-old girl complained that she was stalked and inappropriately touched by a male, while working out at a recreational facility located in the 200 block of Lockhart Street in the West End.
Hassan Jabar MAJLI, age 37, was arrested on June 12, 2010.
He appeared in court on June 13, 2010 and remains in custody.
