On June 16, 2010 Kostadinos Venardos, also known as "Kosta Venardos" appeared in Moncton Provincial Court to face a charge of armed robbery in connection with the December 10, 2009 armed robbery at the Shopping Basket convenience store on Humphrey Street in Moncton.

He will be returning to court on June 18, 2010 at 1:30 pm for a bail hearing.
