On Thursday, June 16th, 2010 a male suspect offered to provide a ride to the 20 year old female victim. The victim and suspect were acquainted to one another. The male proceeded to drive the victim out of town to various locations, where serious sexual assaults were committed against the victim.
All efforts to locate this male have been unsuccessful. A Warrant for Arrest has been obtained for;
Richard Scott SCHROEDER, 49 years, of Winnipeg. He is facing the following charges:
– Forcible Confinement
– Sexual Assault
– Anal Intercourse
– Utter Threat to Cause Death or Bodily Harm
Investigators believe that SCHROEDER may have left the province and may be operating a Green GMC truck, bearing Alberta license, ZPS752.
