On Saturday, June 19th, at approximately 6:00 a.m. a 19 year old female victim was in the area of Alexander Avenue and Notre Dame Avenue.  The victim noticed a Black Male watching and following her. The victim managed to walk a great distance, all the while, attempting to elude the suspect.

While the victim was in the area of the 1st 100 block of Isabel Street, the suspect male grabbed her around the neck, from behind and forced her into a back lane, where a serious sexual assault occurred.

After the assault, the suspect fled the area and the victim immediately contacted police.

The suspect is described as follows:

– Black male in his mid 40’s
– 6’3”-6’6” tall, with a medium build
– Short, tightly-curled, salt and pepper hair
– He had black eyes, sunken cheeks and protruding cheek bones.

The suspect was wearing a black pull-over hoodie, black sweat pants and white shoes.

It should also be noted that the suspect spoke with an accent.
