Michael Brady of Toronto charged with aggravated assault

USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…On Tuesday, June 22, 2010, at 8:35 p.m., police received a call for unknown trouble in the Kingston Road/Balsam Avenue area.

It is alleged that:

– a man got into an argument with two other men at an outdoor patio,

– the man pulled out a knife, stabbed both victims, age 38 and 41, and then ran off,

– both victims were treated in hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

On Tuesday, June 22, 2010, at 9:27 p.m., Michael Brady, 47, of Toronto, was arrested.

He is charged with:

1) Aggravated assault,
2) Weapons dangerous,
3) Assault with a weapon.

He is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at 10 a.m., College Park Courts, 444 Yonge Street, room 501.
